Appearance : BLANKUR is a flour improver, in powder, of light orange colour.

Application : For macaroni produced by wheat flour.

Properties :
  • Strengthens dough structure.
  • Allows macaroni cooking over 10 minutes.
  • Gives to final product the same cooking properties like semolina macaroni.

Dosage : 0.5-0.7% on dough.

Packing : 20kg or 25 kg paper bag with polyethylene coating inside.

Storage : in cool and dry place.

Shelf life : 9 months.
